Refund policy for products and services
Products ordered at Regenerate Your Life Online Store can be returned to address of purchase. Customer is to pay for the return of goods. You will need to include a copy of your tax invoice or email receipt) as proof of purchase.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
Regenerate Your Life will not accept the return of items for change of mind from the following categories under any circumstances:
• Skin-Care
• Consumed or used more than a ¼ of any item(s) purchased
• Essential Oils
These products can be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
If you cannot present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), Regenerate Your Life reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds are not applicable on items purchased as a special offer.
Operating Difficulties
If you are experiencing operating difficulties with electrical, electronic or other similar products we recommend you first contact the manufacturer's customer hotline before returning the product. Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice. Regenerate Your Life and affiliates may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample we will offer exchange voucher or refund.
